Chair Yoga
Use a chair to help you increase circulation, flexibility, mobility, and strength! Chair Yoga is especially beneficial to those with arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, post-op rehabilitation, and others with limited mobility.
Recommended: A chair or couch to sit on.

Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga is a fun, alternative form of yoga that includes deep, yogic breathing and childlike playfulness. This unique form of aerobic exercise helps to reduce stress, boost immunity, and uplifts your mood! No experience, yoga mats, yoga poses, or workout attire required. All you need is a willingness to laugh and have fun!
Recommended: A childlike sense of wonder :)

Beginner Yoga Flow
Come learn the basics of yoga, including proper yoga alignment and the fundamentals of coordinating your breath with movement. We will focus on Vinyasa flows, standing poses, forward bends, twists, and backbends to help you reconnect with your body to reduce stress and build strength and stamina.
Recommended: A yoga mat and blocks if you have them.

Restorative Yoga
Unwind into stillness and nourish the body, mind, and soul with this gentle yoga class that consists of floor poses held for several minutes. An atmosphere of intentional breathwork and relaxing tunes will help bring you to a state of relaxation.
Recommended: A yoga mat, blocks, and blankets if you have them. If not, a comfortable place to lay down is perfectly fine.
